ACRIS II Letter of EndorsementIn its second annual offering, the Africa Climate Resilient Infrastructure Summit (ACRIS II) is delighted to share the following Letters of Endorsement received from H.E. Dr. Elham Mahmood Ahmed Ibrahim, Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy on behalf of the African Union Commission (AUC). The more recent letter (dated February 19, 2016) confirms the change of location to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Whilst the original letter (dated October 27, 2015) announces ACRIS II and welcomes new & existing partners to the continent focussed on developing Africa's Climate Resilient Infrastructure.
