Africa Mining Summit 2023 (AMS2023)
The 9th Africa Mining Summit taking place from 20th - 21st September 2023 in Gaborone, Botswana, offers a more intimate way of gaining new opportunities and customers from that of the ‘Big’ Indaba’s, exhibitions and conferences. Africa Mining Summit enables more networking and face time through longer refreshment and lunch breaks, dedicated networking and exhibiting zones, a cultural dinner and pre-scheduled match making meetings using our bespoke ‘meeting’software’.
Those that have attended our previous face to face events agree that this is now their preferred deal making platform for mining opportunities in Africa. The event brings together suppliers who are looking to sell to the mining corporates, mining corporates who seek investment, investors who want to strike deals and government ministers who engage all groups to discuss new opportunities in their countries.
The Africa Mining Summit enjoys the added value of partnering with the African Union Commission; Department of Trade industry, the Economic Commission of Africa and Ministry of Mineral Resources, Green Technology & Energy Security; Botswana.

Who should attend?
The key to creating lasting collaborations is engagement. At AMS2023 you will engage all participants directly whether that's during the plenary sessions, around the venue at one of our more social networking occasions or, through our structured matchmaking sessions.
AMS2023 offers a rare forum through which international participants can meet, engage, make deals with Mining Companies, Investors and governments and return home with tangible results.
One-to-One Pre-scheduled Meetings
To ensure maximum benefit is gained from the Summit, detailed profiles of all attending officials and mine owners outlining their role and responsibilities will be issued prior to the summit. Delegates can then make an informed choice of whom to meet and at which tables. Participants receive an individually tailored itinerary, based on their choices. Meeting areas are discreetly located, free from the distracting paraphernalia of a traditional exhibition hall. Instead, attention is focused on the core concerns of the individuals.
We look forward to welcoming you in Gaborone in
September; to creating further dialogue between the continents stakeholders and aiding the mining industries efforts further still.
