The ground floor elevator lobby area will be available throughout the event for VIP guests and delegates to network and enjoy refreshments, access Wi-Fi etc., in a relaxed and informal setting.

ASEC Twenty 2024 participants meet for an ‘ice-breaker’ Networking Reception in a relaxed and informal setting, whilst enjoying refreshments and an evening meal (standing buffet).

ASEC Twenty 1-2-1 Meetings
Utilising dedicated adjoining presentation rooms, delegates will meet privately with VIP delegations for 45-minute meetings and demonstrations. Meetings will be staggered each hour, to start at 15-minute intervals, thus providing a 15-minute break between each 45-minute meeting.
Dedicated ushers on each floor will be used to keep meetings to time, with translators available as needed.

Networking Lunch Break - Elements Restaurant
Subject to your meeting appointments, lunch may begin at 1:00pm or 1:15pm etc. but everyone will have at least 1hr for lunch.

Pre-dinner refreshments followed by a sit-down al-fresco meal enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Ciêla Resort and Spa.
